Auditing Services
Third parties relying on your financial statements often require an audit for assurance. In order to conduct an audit, we examine your company’s or nonprofit organization’s financial statements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and if required, government generally accepted auditing standards or other auditing requirements.
An audit requires us to examine internal controls and to perform substantive testing of the information underlying the financial statements. We then document our opinion as to whether the financial statements are fairly stated in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
In addition, we help our clients interpret their financial data and put it to practical use immediately after completion of the audit and throughout the year.

Compilation and Review Services
For those clients who need financial statements, but do not require audit services, we offer comprehensive review and compilation services for a number of businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. We perform review and compilation services in accordance with standards for accounting and review services.
The review services consist of performing inquiry and analytical procedures that provide us with a reasonable basis for expressing limited assurance on the financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles or other comprehensive basis of accounting.
With our compilation services, we assist our clients in compiling their financial information in the form of financial statements without our expression of an assurance on those statements. In addition, we assist our clients in understanding their financial statements and putting them to practical use in managing their business.

Accounting and Payroll Services
